Dear Neighbors,
I hope you were all sleeping today at 4 am. I was not, and I am sorry if I woke you. While you were in bed, I was standing on the roof, in my ex's boxers, in the rain, yelling.
You might be asking yourself why? Because I adopted the "cute" cat from the shelter that Ethan had to have, instead of the less cute one with half-a-brain. Said cat managed to squeeze through a 1/2 inch window opening, knock out the screen, and then jump on to the roof, where he stood frozen in (cute) terror.
Just like in "Meet The Parents." I am just happy he did not also manage to set the house on fire. I think he is saving that trick for next week when I bring home the wrong flavor of kitten chow.

You should have just gotten the boy a pony. The hardly ever find themselves up on the roof.
How about a fish? Although they are hard to hug, they certainly don't require early morning call-outs in the rain.
Never take your kid to the animal shelter unless you're taking him/her to drop off as a stray!
Pretty kitty,though.
Gotta disagree w/ Sandy - fish DIE! We've lost more than 5. That being said, I love having fish! (I also love that Luke takes care of them - changing the water, etc.)
But that cat would be still hanging out if it were mine...I'd have slept downstairs!
Jinxy
you are so cute.!!!!
