Dear SlimFast:
Your directions seemed so reasonable and your shakes ARE chocolatey and tasty. I've been doing so well and felt like I was making a dent in this winter's accumulation of hibernation pudge.
Days 1 & 2: A shake and a "sensible" dinner of grilled chicken and salad.
Days 3 & 4: A shake and a "sensible" dinner of grilled chicken and green beans.
Day 5: A shake and a "sensible" dinner of 14 Oreos, 27 marshmallows, 1/2 a box of Cheez-Its and one stale package of reindeer Peeps from Christmas. Eaten while standing up, with my eyes closed, over the kitchen sink, straight out of the boxes, in less than fifteen minutes.
So, here is my question: I cannot figure out why I have not lost weight? Maybe my shakes are defective? Please advise.

Days 1-4 had something green. I think Day 5 was missing something green, like GREEN Oreos or GREEN Gheez-Its or one stale package of GREEN reindeer Peeps from Christmas. (Maybe that last should have been green Christmas tree Peeps? Green reindeer may not have been just stale...)
Definitely have something green every day.
Or maybe SlimFast could switch to picture directions like IKEA furniture; everyone understands THOSE, easy peasy!

Maybe you should try dunking the Oreos in the shake. Mmmmmmm
By the way, Day 5 made me salivate!
Sigh... been there... can't count the number of yo-yo's with Oreos... why can't they make diet shakes that taste like that?
When you are ready, perhaps you will want to read "Course in Weight Loss" by Marianne Williamson which addresses the reasons we want to eat chocolate instead of broccoli... grief comfort for me is one 16-oz bag of chocolate covered kettle popcorn...
It was the stale reindeer peeps. Stale adds calories. It's marshmallow Easter peep season. Eat those instead and the weight will drop right off.
Try switching to mini-marshmallows. They have fewer calories per marshmallow and taste just as good!
